Stats for Sept. 2013 for Metro Phoenix
Some
folks are saying "the lights went out this month". Now I am and
always will be an optimist. Giving the
choice- the cup will always be ½ full.
But I see our market flatting out, ebbing in a way that makes sense. If we keep seeing the 15-20%
equity build as we have in the past 2 years- then I think I would be worried.
