Though recent leaps in home prices may stoke fears of another bubble, the housing market is definitely not in one, listing site Trulia said in introducing “Trulia’s Bubble Watch.”

Manicure the lawn, trim the trees and shrubs. Pull weeds and plant some colorful flowers. Clear the walkways. Fix peeling paint and wind up that hose. Paint the address number on the curb.
