According to Forbs Magazine- they estimate more than 40% of Americans—make   New Year’s resolutions .  ... But for all the good intentions, only a tiny fraction of us keep our resolutions by December 31,2015 ; Yes, research (University of Scranton) suggests that just 8% of people achieve their   New Year’s…So if you can set a S.M.A.R.T goal and work towards it all throughout the year—you are now in the top 8-10% of all the nation.  But it takes knowing what you want to accomplish, figuring out the steps to get there- and then MOST importantly- taking action. If you have trouble keeping your New Year’s resolutions, you may benefit from taking a more scientific approach.
